Terms - Cheaper in a Bundle
of the online store www.kopyto.com
- These terms and conditions (“Promotion T&C”) set out the rules and conditions for participation in the promotional campaign under the name “Cheaper in a Bundle” (“Promotion”), organised in the online store operating at www.kopyto.com (“Store”).
- The organiser of the Promotion is Z Kopytem spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Sopot, ul. Władysława Łokietka 46/1, 81-736 Sopot, Poland, KRS: 0000617134, NIP: 5851474404, REGON: 364408532, BDO: 000635824, email address: [email protected] (“Seller”).
- These Promotion T&C form an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of the kopyto.com online store, available at https://kopyto.com/page/terms-and-conditions (“Store Terms and Conditions”). In matters not regulated by these Promotion T&C, the provisions of the Store Terms and Conditions and generally applicable law shall apply.
- The Promotion applies exclusively to purchases made directly by Customers independently selecting Products, using the Discount Code specified in § 3(3) of the Promotion T&C. The Promotion does not apply to Products marked in the Store as “SET”, “GIFT SET” or “CHRISTMAS SET”, to which separate terms and conditions available on the Store’s website apply.
For the purposes of these Promotion T&C, capitalised terms have the meanings assigned to them below or — where not defined below — the meanings assigned to them in the Store Terms and Conditions.
Promotion – the promotional campaign under the name “Cheaper in a Bundle”, consisting in granting the Customer a Discount upon the purchase of a Promotional Bundle, on the terms set out in the Promotion T&C.
Promotional Bundle – at least two Products, of which at least one belongs to the “neckwear” category (snood scarves, scarves), and at least one is any Product available in the Store’s offer, purchased simultaneously as part of a single Order using the Discount Code.
Discount – a reduction of 10% calculated on the regular Price of the Products forming part of the Promotional Bundle, granted upon entering the Discount Code in the Cart.
Discount Code – the unique code “BUNDLEDEAL”, publicly available on the Store’s website, enabling the use of the Discount in the Cart.
Customer – a natural person, legal person or organisational unit making a purchase in the Store, as defined in the Store Terms and Conditions.
Consumer – a Customer who is a natural person performing a legal transaction not directly related to their business or professional activity; an Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights, as defined in the Store Terms and Conditions, shall also be regarded as a Consumer.
Price – the gross amount due to the Seller for the performance of the Sales Agreement, as defined in the Store Terms and Conditions.
- The Promotion is available to all Customers of the Store.
- The condition for using the Promotion is the simultaneous purchase, as part of a single Order, of at least two Products, of which at least one belongs to the “neckwear” category (snood scarves, scarves), and at least one is any Product available in the Store’s offer.
- The Discount is applied automatically in the Cart upon entering the Discount Code “BUNDLEDEAL”. The Discount Code is publicly available on the Store’s website.
- The Discount amounts to 10% and is calculated on the regular Price of each of the Products forming part of the Promotional Bundle.
- Detailed information about the prices of Products covered by the Promotion, including the required information on the lowest Price of a given Product applicable during the 30 days prior to the application of the Discount, is presented to the Customer on the Product Page and in the Cart, before the final confirmation of the Order.
- The Promotion is valid until further notice or until stocks of the Products covered by the Promotion are exhausted. The Seller shall announce any suspension or termination of the Promotion on the Store’s website.
- The Promotion does not cover:
- Products marked in the Store as “SET”, “GIFT SET” or “CHRISTMAS SET” — to which separate terms and conditions apply;
- Products expressly excluded from the Promotion, where such exclusions have been indicated on the Store’s website.
- The Discount Code “BUNDLEDEAL” cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotions, discounts arising from a loyalty programme, or gift codes, unless the separate conditions of a given promotional campaign provide otherwise.
- In the case of Products that are already subject to a price reduction at the time of placing the Order (sale, outlet), the Discount is calculated on the current reduced Price of that Product at the time of placing the Order.
- The Store does not offer exchanges of Products purchased under the Promotion (subject to the statutory right of the consumer to submit complaints regarding products, in accordance with the provisions of the Promotion T&C and the Returns and Complaints Policy).
- In order to change a Product, the Customer is required to:
- return the Products forming part of the Promotional Bundle in accordance with the rules set out in these Promotion T&C, and
- place a new Order and make payment on the terms applicable at the time of placing the new Order.
- A Customer who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement for each of the Products forming part of the Promotional Bundle, on the terms set out in the Store Terms and Conditions and the Returns and Complaints Policy. The conditions of the Promotion do not limit this right.
- The return of all Products forming part of the Promotional Bundle results in the Customer being refunded the full amount paid for those Products (i.e. the Price after application of the Discount), on the terms set out in the Store Terms and Conditions.
- In the event of the Customer withdrawing from the Sales Agreement in respect of some of the Products forming part of the Promotional Bundle, the settlement of the return shall be made in accordance with the following rules:
- the Products retained by the Customer shall be settled at their regular Price applicable in the Store on the date of placing the Order (i.e. without application of the 10% Discount);
- the amount refunded for the returned Product corresponds to the Price that the Customer actually paid for it (i.e. the regular Price reduced by the 10% Discount applied).
- In the event of the return of some Products from the Promotional Bundle, the Seller shall inform the Customer of the method of settlement and the amount of the refund before processing it. If the Customer does not agree with the settlement, they may use the complaints procedure set out in the Returns and Complaints Policy.
- All complaints concerning the Promotion and the manner of calculating the Discount may be submitted in any form, in particular:
- in writing to the Seller’s correspondence address: Z Kopytem sp. z o. o., ul. B. Spiechowicza 36, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała, Poland;
- by email to: [email protected].
- A complaint should include the Customer’s details, the Order number and a description of the objections raised.
- The Seller shall handle the complaint without undue delay, no later than within 14 days of its receipt. Failure to respond within that period shall constitute acceptance of the complaint by the Seller.
- Complaints concerning purchased Products (defects, non-conformity with the agreement) shall be handled in accordance with the Returns and Complaints Policy.
- These Promotion T&C are available on the website www.kopyto.com.
- The Seller reserves the right to amend these Promotion T&C or to terminate the Promotion for legitimate reasons, in particular in the event of changes to applicable law or changes to the terms of offering the Products.
- Amendments to the Promotion T&C shall enter into force on the date of publication of the updated version on the Store’s website and shall apply to Orders placed after that date. Orders placed prior to the date of amendment shall be settled on the previous terms.
- A condition for using the Promotion is reading and accepting these Promotion T&C. Entering the Discount Code in the Cart shall be deemed equivalent to having read and accepted these Promotion T&C.
- In matters not regulated by these Promotion T&C, the provisions of the Store Terms and Conditions and generally applicable law shall apply, in particular:
- the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1796, as amended);
- the Act of 23 April 1964 – Civil Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1071, as amended);
- the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1513, as amended);
- the Act of 9 May 2014 on informing about prices of goods and services (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 168, as amended).
- The Promotion T&C are in force from 18 May 2026.
