Please send any questions or concerns related to returns and complaints to: [email protected] – this will help us support you efficiently.

You have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 calendar days, counted from the day following the date on which:

  • the order was received,
  • a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you took possession of the product,
  • the last part of the order was received, if the order was delivered in parts.

If you wish to exercise your right to withdraw from the contract, please notify us of emailing your withdrawal statement to [email protected] before the withdrawal deadline. An email declaring your intention to withdraw is binding and should include the order number and a completed withdrawal form.

If more than 14 calendar days have passed since purchase, unfortunately the product is not eligible for return.

To make a return, the product must be new and must show no signs of use (including odours such as perfume or cigarette smoke). It must be properly secured against damage, and the shipment should include the original receipt (unless you are not returning the entire order – then keep the receipt). If an electronic receipt was issued, there is no need to include it.

Complete the return form and send the parcel to:

You can add "RETURN" on the parcel.

If your return is approved, we will refund your payment without undue delay, in any case within 14 days from the date of your withdrawal. You return the product at your own cost. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product from you or proof that it has been sent back.

REFUND:

  1. We process the refund using the same payment channel;
  2. If a refund is required for a transaction made by you with a payment card, we will refund it to the bank account assigned to the payment card used in the order;
  3. We will refund the payment using the same method of payment as you used, unless you have expressly agreed to another refund method that does not involve any costs for you.
Product exchange

To make an EXCHANGE, please send the product back to our store in accordance with the RETURNS procedure. The payment will be refunded (this usually takes no longer than 7 business days – max. 14 business days), and you will be able to place a new order for a product that meets your expectations. This exchange process helps avoid situations where we do not have the selected model/colour in stock. We care about your satisfaction, so we process all procedures on an ongoing basis and aim to complete settlements as quickly as possible.

Complaints

Despite thorough quality control and the utmost care taken in producing our products, a hidden defect may occasionally be revealed. 

All products are covered by a 12-month warranty and we take full responsibility for them – we want them to serve you for as long as possible.

In the event of a complaint, please email us with information that you would like to make a complaint. You will receive an address label for the shipment. Please include the completed complaint form and the receipt (unless you received an electronic receipt – then you do not need to attach it). Send everything at our expense to:

with the note "COMPLAINT". We are sure we will be able to find a compensation that satisfies you.

If your complaint is approved, we will inform you of our decision. Damage resulting from improper use or washing of the products is not covered by the complaint procedure.
