Packaging
All products in our warehouse are packed and checked by two team members before shipment. Each product is carefully inspected and packed in a paper box or envelope — we do not use plastic.
If you receive a parcel with a damaged envelope or packaging that suggests the contents may have been tampered with by third parties, please refuse to collect it and contact us. We will take care of the case.
