III. Joining the Programme and Conditions of Participation
- Participation in the Programme is available exclusively to natural persons who are at least 18 years of age, have full legal capacity and hold a Customer Account in the Online Store.
- Joining the Programme requires the simultaneous fulfilment of the following conditions:
a)holding a Customer Account,
b)reading and accepting the Programme Terms and Conditions,
c)providing Marketing Consent in at least the email channel.
- A Customer joins the Programme by selecting the relevant option in the Customer Account or during the Order placement process, and confirming that the conditions referred to in sec. 2 are met.
- Marketing Consent is a condition for joining the Programme. Information about the condition referred to in sec. 2 point c is presented to the Customer before joining the Programme, at the point where joining is made possible.
- Marketing Consent covers exclusively the Seller's direct marketing and the sending by the Seller of commercial communications relating to the Seller, the Products, the Online Store and Promotional Campaigns. Marketing Consent does not cover the transfer of personal data to third parties or profiling for marketing purposes.
- Marketing Consent is given separately for each communication channel: email, SMS messages and phone calls. Providing Marketing Consent for channels other than email is optional and does not affect participation in the Programme.
- Marketing Consent may be withdrawn at any time, in a manner that is as easy as giving it, in particular via the Customer Account, by using the link included in each commercial communication, or by sending a message to the address indicated in Section I sec. 4 point a. Withdrawal of Marketing Consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
- The agreement on participation in the Programme is concluded at the moment of completing the action referred to in sec. 3, and is concluded for an indefinite period.
- A Participant who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement on participation in the Programme within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving any reason, on the terms set out in Art. 27 et seq. of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 1244, as amended; hereinafter: Consumer Rights Act). The declaration of withdrawal may be submitted in the manner indicated in Section I sec. 4. The Seller shall promptly confirm receipt of the declaration on a durable medium.
- One Customer Account corresponds to one Points Account. A Participant may hold only one Points Account.
- Points are assigned to the Participant's Points Account and may not be transferred, moved to another Points Account or encumbered.
IV. Awarding Points for Orders
- The Participant is awarded Points for each Order in respect of which a Sales Agreement has been concluded, subject to sec. 3-5.
- The Calculation Basis is the sum of the Prices of Products and gift cards covered by the Order, determined after taking into account all discounts and reductions applied to that Order, including discounts arising from discount codes and Promotional Campaigns, and after deducting the portion of the Points Discount attributable to the Products and the amount paid using a gift card. The Calculation Base of an Order settled in euro is converted into zloty at the Currency Conversion Rate.
- The Calculation Basis does not include:
a)delivery costs,
b)prices of Additional Services.
- Points are awarded for an Order that includes the purchase of a gift card. Points are not, however, awarded for the portion of an Order paid using a gift card — this prevents double-awarding of Points for the same amount. Where an Order is only partly paid using a gift card, Points are awarded for the amount paid by other means.
- Points are not awarded for Business Orders, and the Points Discount does not apply to Business Orders. Whether an Order is a Business Order is determined by whether the Customer provides a tax identification number (NIP) and billing details for an invoice to be issued to a business entity before confirming the Order. Points awarded for an Order that was not a Business Order are not subject to subsequent cancellation on grounds relating to the nature of the purchase.
- The number of Points awarded for an Order is calculated using the following formula:
P = (PN / PLN 10) × M
where:
- P– the number of Points awarded for the Order, rounded up to the nearest whole Point,
- PN – the Calculation Basis,
- M – the Multiplier assigned to the Participant's Level on the date of conclusion of the Sales Agreement.
Example: A Participant holding Level II (Multiplier 2) places an Order for two Sweaters priced at PLN 449 each, to which a discount code reducing the Price by 10% has been applied. The Calculation Basis is PLN 808.20. The number of Points awarded is (808.20 / 10) × 2 = 161.64, which rounded up gives 162 Points.
Where a Points Campaign applies, the number of Points is determined taking into account the provisions of Section IX sec. 2.
- Points awarded for an Order become Active Points 30 days after the date of conclusion of the Sales Agreement, provided that no withdrawal from the Sales Agreement or return of the Product has occurred during that period. Where some of the Products covered by an Order are returned, the Points awarded for the remaining portion of the Order are activated. Until activation, Points are displayed in the Points Account as pending.
- The current number of Points, the number of Active Points, the Level and the Purchase Value are displayed to the Participant in the Points Account.
V. Participation Levels
- The Programme has three Levels, each carrying the following Multipliers:
a)Level I – Multiplier 1, corresponding to 2% of the Calculation Basis value,
b)Level II – Multiplier 2, corresponding to 4% of the Calculation Basis value,
c)Level III – Multiplier 5, corresponding to 10% of the Calculation Basis value.
- The Purchase Value is the sum of the Calculation Bases from the Participant's Orders placed since the date of joining the Programme. Only Orders in respect of which Points have become Active Points are taken into account. Business Orders and Orders or portions thereof in respect of which the Participant withdrew from the Sales Agreement or whose complaint was resolved by a Price refund are not included in the Purchase Value.
- Levels are attained upon reaching the following Purchase Value thresholds:
a)Level I – from the date of joining the Programme,
b)Level II – upon the Purchase Value exceeding PLN 1,500,
c)Level III – upon the Purchase Value exceeding PLN 5,000.
- Advancement to a higher Level takes effect at the moment the Purchase Value exceeds the applicable threshold. The Seller shall notify the Participant of the advancement.
- The Level attained remains with the Participant for the entire duration of participation in the Programme and is not reduced, subject to Section XII sec. 3 point d.
- The Seller may assign a higher Level to a Participant than that resulting from the Purchase Value, in particular in the context of Points Campaigns.
VI. Additional Tasks, Reviews and Referral Programme
- The Participant is entitled to Points for the following Additional Tasks:
a)Referral – 150 Points for the Referring Participant,
b)posting a review of a Product – 50 Points,
c)starting to follow the Seller's profile on a selected social media platform – 50 Points,
d)publishing a comment under a post by the Seller on Instagram – 5 Points.
- Points for Additional Tasks become Active Points at the moment they are awarded, subject to sec. 4, 5 point d, sec. 6 point f and sec. 7.
- With regard to Product reviews, the provisions of § 11 of the Store Terms and Conditions apply, with the following additional rules:
a)Points are awarded only for a review concerning a Product actually purchased by the Participant in the Online Store, verified in the manner indicated in § 11 sec. 3 of the Store Terms and Conditions,
b)Points are awarded for one review per Product per Order,
c)the award of Points does not depend on the rating or sentiment of the review,
d)a condition for the award of Points is that the review is submitted using the email address linked to the Customer Account; if the Participant submitted the review using a different address, Points will be awarded after reporting this to the address indicated in Section I sec. 4 point a and confirming that the review was submitted by the Participant,
e)Points are awarded after the review has been approved for publication, no later than 7 days after the date it was submitted,
f)the Seller informs users in the Online Store, in the section where reviews are displayed, that some reviews are submitted by Participants who received Points for them, and that the award of Points does not depend on the rating or sentiment of the review,
g)Points are not awarded for a review removed by the Seller for the reasons set out in § 11 sec. 9 of the Store Terms and Conditions; Points awarded for such a review shall be deducted from the Points Account.
- With regard to following the Seller's profile on a social media platform, Points are awarded once per platform specified by the Seller, upon the Participant clicking the link to the Seller's profile on the relevant platform made available in the Customer Account or at another location indicated by the Seller. The list of platforms and the number of Points awarded for following the Seller's profile on each of them is published by the Seller in the Customer Account. Points are awarded on the basis of the Participant's declaration that they have started following the profile. The Seller may verify whether the Participant is following the profile and withdraw the Points awarded if the Participant did not start following the profile or stopped following it within 30 days of the Points being awarded. If the Participant has already used those Points, the Seller may reduce the current Points balance by that number, but not below zero.
- The following rules apply to Referrals:
a)the Referral Link is made available to the Participant in the Customer Account; the Participant may share it with other persons or via tools indicated by the Seller,
b)the New Customer does not need to be a Participant; after using the Referral Link, they provide an email address at which the Seller registers the Referral,
c)a Referral is effective if the New Customer placed an Order within 7 days of using the Referral Link, using the same device and the same email address as provided in accordance with point (b), and a Sales Agreement was concluded,
d)Points for a Referral are awarded after payment of the Order by the New Customer and become Active Points at the moment they are awarded; if the New Customer withdraws from the Sales Agreement or returns the Products covered by the Order, Points for the Referral shall be deducted from the Points Account. If the Participant has already used those Points, the Seller reduces the current Points balance by that number, but not below zero,
e)Points for a Referral are not awarded if the New Customer's Order was a Business Order,
f)Points for a Referral are also not awarded where the circumstances of the Order indicate that the New Customer and the Referring Participant are the same person; the Seller notifies the Participant of this and applies the provisions of Section XII,
g)a Referring Participant who distributes the Referral Link publicly, in particular on social media, internet forums or websites, is required to mark such communication as advertising material. This obligation does not apply to sharing the Referral Link in personal correspondence,
h)it is prohibited to direct the Referral Link to oneself, to use additional accounts or third-party data for this purpose, or to distribute the Referral Link in a manner constituting the sending of commercial communications without the prior consent of the recipient.
- The following rules apply to comments published on Instagram:
a)Points are awarded for publishing a comment under a post on the Seller's profile on Instagram (@kopyto.co),
b)a condition for the award of Points is that the Participant's Instagram account is linked to the Customer Account in advance, in the manner indicated in the Customer Account; comments published before the accounts are linked are not rewarded,
c)Points are awarded for no more than one comment per post and no more than four comments per calendar month,
d)Points are awarded no later than 7 days after the date the comment is published,
e)Points are not awarded for a comment that does not relate to the content of the post — in particular one consisting solely of emojis or individual characters — for a comment that violates the law, personal rights, Instagram's terms of use or good practices, or for a comment published in an automated manner,
f)Points awarded for a comment shall be deducted from the Points Account if the comment did not meet the conditions set out in point (e) or was deleted by the Participant within 30 days of publication; if the Participant has already used those Points, the Seller reduces the current Points balance by that number, but not below zero,
g)Points are not awarded for other activities on Instagram, in particular for shares, tagging the Seller's profile, or publishing original content featuring the Products,
h)the Seller informs users in the description of the Programme in the Online Store that comments published by Participants may be rewarded with Points, and that the award of Points does not depend on the sentiment of the comment.
- Points for Additional Tasks are not awarded to a Participant who obtained them in breach of the Programme Terms and Conditions. The provisions of Section XII apply to the deduction of such Points.
- Benefits obtained for Additional Tasks may constitute income of the Participant subject to personal income tax under the rules set out in the Act of 26 July 1991 on personal income tax (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 592, as amended). Where the law imposes on the Seller an obligation to prepare a tax information document, Points for an Additional Task shall be awarded after the Participant provides their PESEL number and residential address. The Seller uses these data exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling that obligation.
- If the Seller prepares a tax information document concerning benefits received by the Participant, before sending it the Seller shall ask the Participant to indicate whether it should be delivered to the email address linked to the Customer Account or in paper form to the residential address. In the absence of such indication, the document is sent in paper form.
VII. Redeeming Points for a Discount
- Active Points may be used to obtain a Points Discount in the form of a Discount Voucher, applied when placing an Order in the Online Store, or to reduce the price of an Additional Service on the terms set out in Section VIII.
- The value of one Point is PLN 0.20. A Discount Voucher is issued in exchange for a number of Active Points corresponding to its value. Where an Order is settled in a currency other than Polish zloty (PLN), the Calculation Basis, the value of the Discount Voucher and the thresholds referred to in sec. 3 are converted at the exchange rate applied in the Online Store on the date the Order is placed.
- Discount Vouchers are issued in the values indicated below and may be used for an Order in which the total of the Prices of Products is not lower than:
a)for a Discount Voucher with a value of PLN 20 – where the total of Product Prices is not lower than PLN 50,
b)for a Discount Voucher with a value of PLN 30 – where the total of Product Prices is not lower than PLN 75,
c)for a Discount Voucher with a value of PLN 50 – where the total of Product Prices is not lower than PLN 120,
d)for a Discount Voucher with a value of PLN 100 – where the total of Product Prices is not lower than PLN 240,
e)for a Discount Voucher with a value of PLN 200 – where the total of Product Prices is not lower than PLN 470.
The total of Product Prices is determined before the application of discount codes, excluding delivery costs, prices of Additional Services and the price of gift cards.
The total of Product Prices in an Order settled in euro is converted into zloty at the Currency Conversion Rate.
- The use of a Discount Voucher constitutes the grant by the Seller of a discount reducing the Prices of Products covered by the Order and does not constitute payment or any part thereof. Points, Discount Vouchers and Reset Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash, do not constitute electronic money or a payment instrument, and do not constitute a monetary claim of the Participant against the Seller.
- The Participant may use one Discount Voucher per Order.
- The Points Discount may be combined with discount codes and Promotional Campaigns, unless the terms and conditions of a given Promotional Campaign provide otherwise. The Points Discount is applied after all other discounts and reductions have been applied.
- The Discount Voucher reduces the amounts due in respect of the individual Products covered by the Order — excluding gift cards and Additional Services — in proportion to their values: each Product is reduced by that proportion of the Discount Voucher's nominal value which its Price bears to the total of the Prices of all Products subject to the reduction. Values are calculated after all other discounts and reductions have been applied.
- The Discount Voucher is generated in the Points Account. At the moment of generation, the Points exchanged for the Discount Voucher are deducted from the Points Account.
- A Discount Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of generation. A Discount Voucher not used within that period expires, and the corresponding number of Points is returned to the Points Account as Active Points.
- If a Sales Agreement is not concluded, the Discount Voucher used in the Order regains its validity; if its validity period has expired, the corresponding number of Points is returned to the Points Account as Active Points.
VIII. Additional Services for Programme Participants
- The Additional Services available to a Participant in respect of Products purchased in the Online Store are the Care Package, Repair and Reset, provided on the terms set out in this Section.
- The scope of each Additional Service, its price, the number of Active Points whose use reduces that price to zero, and the Levels at which the service is provided free of charge are set out in the table below:
| Care Package | Repair | Reset | |
|---|---|---|---|
| What is included | washing, steaming and pilling removal of the Product | darning of knitwear, stitching of torn or unravelled sections of the Product and removal of snags; does not cover replacement of damaged sections or structural alterations | acceptance of a Sweater that cannot be repaired or where repair is not economically justified, and issuance of a Reset Voucher entitling the holder to a discount on the purchase of a Sweater |
| Price | PLN 60 for the first Product covered by the order, PLN 40 for each subsequent Product | PLN 40 per Product covered by the order | PLN 60 |
| Points instead of price | 300 Points for the first Product, 200 Points for each subsequent Product | 200 Points per Product | 300 Points |
| Free of charge | Level III, on the terms set out in sec. 3 | Level II and Level III | Level III |
The prices of Additional Services set out in the table apply to Orders settled in zloty; for Orders settled in euro, the price corresponds to the amount converted at the Currency Conversion Rate.
- The free-of-charge Care Package is available to a Participant holding Level III once per calendar year, without limitation on the number of Products covered, exclusively during the period from 1 April to 31 August. An entitlement not used during that period does not carry over to the following year.
- The use of Active Points to reduce the price of an Additional Service constitutes the grant by the Seller of a discount and does not constitute payment or any part thereof.
- The Participant delivers the Product covered by the Additional Service order to the Seller at their own expense and at their own arrangement. The cost of returning the Product after the Additional Service has been performed is paid by the Participant at the time of ordering the service; the amount is calculated in accordance with the delivery price list applicable in the Online Store, based on the address provided by the Participant. The Seller indicates the amount of that cost before the Order is placed. The second sentence does not apply to the Reset; in that case the Seller returns the Product once the Participant has paid the cost of shipment, of which the Seller informs the Participant after assessing the Product. The free-of-charge entitlement to an Additional Service based on Level and the reduction of its price using Points do not cover the costs of delivering the Product to the Seller or returning it to the Participant.
- The Seller assesses the condition of the Product within 14 days of receipt and performs the service within 30 days of receipt of the Product.
- If the Product does not meet the conditions for performing the ordered Additional Service, the Seller returns it to the Participant and refunds the price of the service or the Points used, as Active Points; the cost of return is covered by the payment referred to in sec. 5 and, in the case of the Reset, by the payment made in accordance with the third sentence of sec. 5. If the Additional Service was provided free of charge, the entitlement to it remains unused.
- The ordering of an Additional Service constitutes a distance agreement for the provision of services. A Participant who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from it within 14 days, unless they requested that performance of the service begin before the expiry of that period and the Seller has fully performed the service. The Seller informs the Participant of the loss of the right of withdrawal before performance of the service begins.
- From the moment of receipt of the Product until its return, the Seller bears liability for its loss and damage.
- The Reset may be used once per Sweater. The Reset Voucher has a value equal to 40% of the Price of the Sweater subject to the Reset as applicable in the Online Store on the date the Reset Voucher is issued; if that Sweater is no longer available in the offer, the price of a Sweater with similar parameters applies.
- The Reset Voucher may be used for the purchase of a Sweater whose Price, after taking into account all other discounts and reductions, is not lower than twice the value of the Reset Voucher. The Reset Voucher reduces the Price of that Sweater.
- A Reset Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The Participant may use one Reset Voucher per Order.
- At the moment the Reset Voucher is issued, the Sweater accepted under the Reset passes into the ownership of the Seller.
IX. Points Campaigns and Bonuses
- The Seller may organise Points Campaigns consisting in increasing, for a specified period, the number of Points awarded for the purchase of all or selected Products or for the performance of Additional Tasks.
- Where a Points Campaign covers selected Products, Points for those Products are calculated separately, using as the Calculation Basis the sum of the Prices of those Products determined in accordance with Section IV sec. 2 and 3 and applying the formula from Section IV sec. 6, with additional multiplication by the coefficient announced for the given Points Campaign.
- The Seller announces the terms and conditions of each Points Campaign, including its duration, the scope of Products or Additional Tasks covered and the value of the coefficient, in the Online Store before it commences.
- Participants are entitled to the following Level-related bonuses:
a)Level II and Level III – (i) exemption from delivery costs for an Order covering Products, within the territory of the Republic of Poland, in respect of the cheapest available delivery method; (ii) early access to selected new Products or collections before they are made available to other Customers, on the terms and at the times announced by the Seller,
b)Level III – a birthday bonus in the form of an individual discount code, granted once per calendar year, in the month in which the Participant's birthday falls.
- The birthday bonus is granted to a Participant holding Level III on the first day of the month in which their birthday falls. A condition for granting the birthday bonus is that the Participant has provided their date of birth. The individual discount code may be used once. Providing the date of birth is voluntary, and failure to do so does not affect participation in the Programme or the awarding of Points.
X. Withdrawal from the Sales Agreement, Returns and Product Complaints — Effect on Points
- The use of Points or a Discount Voucher in an Order does not limit the Participant's rights arising from the law, in particular the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement and rights arising from a lack of conformity of the Product with the agreement.
- In the event of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement or a complaint being upheld resulting in a Price refund, the Participant is refunded the amount actually paid for the returned Product, i.e. its Price after taking into account all discounts and reductions, including the portion of the Points Discount attributable to that Product as determined in accordance with Section VII sec. 7.
- Where a Product is returned and a Discount Voucher was used when purchasing it, the Points used to reduce the Price of that Product are returned to the Points Account as Active Points. The number of Points to be returned is determined separately for each returned Product by dividing the portion of the Points Discount attributable to it, as determined in accordance with Section VII sec. 7, by the value of a Point set out in Section VII sec. 2, rounded up to the nearest whole Point. If only some units of a given Product are returned, the portion of the Points Discount attributable to the returned units is taken into account. Points are returned to the Points Account on the date the Price refund is settled. The Discount Voucher used in the Order does not regain its validity, including where all Products covered by the Order are returned.
- Points awarded for a returned Product that have become Active Points shall be deducted from the Points Account in the number calculated in accordance with Section IV sec. 6 and Section IX sec. 2 for the portion of the Calculation Basis attributable to that Product, rounded up to the nearest whole Point. Points awarded for a returned Product that have not yet become Active Points are not subject to activation (Section IV sec. 7).
Example: A Participant holding Level II uses a PLN 50 Discount Voucher in an Order covering a Sweater priced at PLN 400 and a hat priced at PLN 200; the portion of the Points Discount attributable to the Sweater is PLN 33.33. The Participant returns the Sweater. The Participant is refunded PLN 366.67, 167 Points are returned to the Points Account, and 74 Points are deducted from the Points Account.
- Points are deducted only up to the number of Points accumulated in the Points Account on the date the Price refund is settled. The balance of the Points Account may not be negative, and any excess Points to be deducted are not carried forward for settlement in the future. This limitation does not apply to the return of Points referred to in sec. 3.
- The provisions of sec. 2-5 apply accordingly where a complaint is upheld by means of a Price reduction.
XI. Validity of Points, Withdrawal and Deletion of Customer Account
- Points expire only in the cases set out in sec. 3, 4 and 5 and in Section XV sec. 7.
- A Participant may withdraw from participation in the Programme at any time, without giving any reason, by submitting a declaration in the manner indicated in Section I sec. 4. Participation terminates at the moment the declaration is received by the Seller.
- Where participation ceases as a result of withdrawal or withdrawal from the agreement on participation in the Programme, the Participant retains the right to use accumulated Active Points for a period of 6 months from the date participation ceases. Points that have not yet become Active Points are activated in accordance with Section IV sec. 7 and may be used within the same period. The Seller informs the Participant of the number of accumulated Points and of the deadline referred to in the preceding sentence promptly after participation ceases. After the expiry of that deadline, unused Points expire. Cessation of participation does not affect the validity of generated Discount Vouchers.
- Deletion of the Customer Account results in cessation of participation in the Programme, deletion of the Points Account and expiry of accumulated Points. Before deleting the Customer Account, the Seller informs the Participant of the number of accumulated Points and of the fact that Points not used before the deletion of the Customer Account expire.
- Points accumulated in the Points Account, including Points that are not Active Points, expire if for a period of 24 months the Participant has not placed an Order, performed an Additional Task, ordered an Additional Service or generated a Discount Voucher. This period runs from the date of the last of those events and restarts after each subsequent one. For Participants who joined the Programme in accordance with the provisions of Section XVII (Transitional Provisions), the period runs from the date of joining the Programme. At least 30 days before the expiry of that period, the Seller informs the Participant of the number of Points that will expire and of the date of their expiry, by means of a message sent to the email address linked to the Customer Account. The expiry of Points does not result in the cessation of participation in the Programme and does not affect the Participant's Level or Purchase Value.
- Re-joining the Programme takes place on the terms set out in Section III. Expired Points may not be restored.
XII. Fraud Prevention
- It is prohibited to use the Programme in a manner contrary to its purpose, the Programme Terms and Conditions, the law or good practices, in particular:
a)holding or creating more than one Points Account by the same Participant,
b)directing the Referral Link to oneself and using third-party data for this purpose,
c)submitting reviews of Products that were not actually purchased, and concluding sham Sales Agreements for this purpose,
d)reselling Products purchased using the Points Discount in the course of business activity,
e)using participation in the Programme for commercial purposes, including placing Orders on behalf of third parties using the Points Discount,
f)granting third parties access to the Customer Account in order to use Points or the Points Discount,
g)circumventing the limits and restrictions provided for in the Programme Terms and Conditions, including splitting Orders solely for the purpose of multiplying benefits,
h)distributing the Referral Link publicly without marking the communication as advertising material.
