Controller – Z Kopytem spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Sopot, Poland, ul. Władysława Łokietka 46/1, 81-736 Sopot, Poland, KRS: 0000617134, NIP: 5851474404, REGON: 364408532, which stores and accesses information on the User's Device via cookies.
Cookies – cookies are IT data, in particular small text files, which are saved and stored on the end Device of the User using the Service, through which the User uses the websites of the Service.
Controller's Cookies – means Cookies placed by the Controller, associated with the Controller's operation of the Service's websites.
Third-Party Cookies – means Cookies placed by the Controller's partners through the Service's website.
Service – means the website or application through which the Controller operates the online service, running in the domain https://kopyto.com/.
Device – means an electronic device through which the User accesses the Service.
User – means a natural person using the Service.

The Service uses Cookies in particular for the following purposes:

- generating statistics and viewership reports for the Service (duration: up to 30 days from the last activity);
- personalising the appearance of the Service by presenting products similar to those browsed or purchased, whereby such data are not directly linked to data identifying the User (duration: up to 30 days from the last activity).
Data recorded in server logs
The IT system used by the Service automatically collects in logs data related to the User's Device, such as:

- operating system;

- screen resolution;
- IP address;
- internet service provider;
- entry address to the Service.
These data are used exclusively for the following purposes: statistical, optimisation of the functioning of the Service, ensuring the security of IT systems, including the correction of system errors. These data are not linked with other personal data of Users and are processed for a period of up to 24 months from the last activity.

- Shoper S.A.

The Service uses tools provided by:
- Google Analytics;
- Google Ads.
These tools use Cookies for the purpose of:
- analysing traffic in the Service;
- generating statistical reports;
- evaluating the effectiveness of advertising activities.
Data are processed for a period of up to 12 months from the last activity.
Cookies originating from partners' servers
The Service uses scripts and software elements provided by and located on the servers of its business partners:

- TrustMate S.A. (for the purpose of collecting, gathering and publishing reviews of the Controller's products);
- Pinterest Europe Ltd. (for the purpose of analysing the behaviour of persons visiting the Service);
- TikTok Pixel (for the purpose of monitoring sales, user activity or finding suitable advertising audiences).
These entities may process data as independent controllers or processors, in accordance with their own privacy policies. The Service is not, however, responsible for the privacy protection standards and policies applied by the owners, operators or administrators of those sites.
