Not as difficult as you think – how to care for merino wool clothing

Contrary to popular belief, caring for wool isn't complicated. So how should you look after your clothes?

we recommend hand washing the .JENOT. and .OCELOT. sweaters, just like our hats, scarves and buffs. The most important thing is to keep the temperature below 30° C and avoid wringing them too hard. Choose a gentle detergent and dry flat.
.KAMELEON. T-shirts are even more laid-back. Since a T-shirt worn close to the body comes into contact with sweat and possible stains more quickly, you'll be happy to know that it can be machine washed using a programme designed for delicate knitwear/wool.

A year-round choice. Why choose wool in summer?

Wearing wool on summer days? Yes – it's one of our suggestions that we're (not so modestly) quite proud of. Both our lightweight, delicate T-shirts and sweaters made from soft 100% merino wool knitwear are perfect for summer. We're not suggesting you wear a heavy sweater during the day, but if you're heading to the beach in the evening or setting off for a trek early in the morning, it can (paired with a lightweight wool hat) turn out to be perfect. Meanwhile, you can wear a breathable merino wool T-shirt all day long, even during hot weather. Tested on our own (more than once) skin!
