AGAMIA RWS – button-up cardigan with folk-inspired pattern – RWS merino wool and cotton

This is one of the most distinctive pieces in our summer capsule. A comfortable button-up cardigan featuring an original pattern by Alicja Jakimów, inspired by Beskid meadows, nature and wooden horses.

Our summer capsule collection continues the local stories of the Beskid region. At its core is the yarn — a blend of responsible RWS wool and BCI cotton. The colours bring together spring skies, warm sunlight, meadows and forests. The final accent comes from the original illustrations by Alicja Jakimów — a Polish illustrator, graphic artist and muralist connected with the culture of the Beskids and Bielsko-Biała. Her unique style is defined by a retro aesthetic inspired by the Polish School of Posters and contemporary design, as well as rich botanical details, animal motifs and references to nature. Knowing her murals across Bielsko-Biała, we felt from the very beginning that Alicja was the right person to complete this collection with a contemporary regional story. It turned out beautifully.

53% RWS merino wool (ethically sourced)

47% BCI cotton (from controlled cultivation)

This makes the cardigan breathable and pleasant against the skin. Merino wool helps maintain comfort in changing temperatures, while cotton adds lightness.
